Review:
I've played and reffed with these for a few weeks now and I can say that they are pretty good pads. Very thick, cushy padding made of memory and EVA foam that keeps its cushion after hours of diving, sliding and kneeling. These pads also don't move. They have two velcro straps on the top and two straps on the bottom of each pad.
The big downside of these pads is that they are very small. I am very skinny (thigh measures 14.5 inches just above the knee) and the medium size pads are very tight on me. The pads are actually tight enough that I don't have to tighten the velcro straps at all. This is probably because of the small size, but the cutout in the back of the knee pinched my skin a bit when I was kneeling. Other knee pads irritated my skin much more however, so I'm not complaining much.
Also, JT advertises them as knee or elbow pads, but you would be stupid to use these as elbow pads. They are definitely made to be knee pads. If you want good elbow pads, go buy some eclipse or empire.
Conclusion:
Overall, great pads. Especially for the $15 i paid for them. Just make sure you get a size or two larger than what you think you need. These get a 9 from me, not quite perfect, but pretty darn good.

Not as durable as pads with plastic caps.
SMALL!!!
Review:
I was looking for a more comfortable replacement for my old pads (BlackHawk Hellstorm pads), when I came across these JT pads. The price was right, so I gave them a try.
The padding it very good, and they are definitely very comfortable. However, since they are completely fabric (no plastic cap), they won't withstand much abuse. Thus, I recommend wearing them under clothing.
IMPORTANT!!! - These are very small pads. I'm a pretty slender guy, but the "small" pads just barely fit over my elbows ("medium would probably be a better fit). I'm wondering if the "large" ones would fit my knees.
So, if you're an average or large build, make sure you try them out before buying.
Conclusion:
Comfortable, with good padding, but questionable durability. Also very small. Try before buying.
