I first used this adjustable ram cap on my Alias. As any Intimidator owner knows sometimes the stock ram cap has a tendency to morph because its made of thin plastic. This in turn can cause the ram to go out of place and cause alot of chopping. The BL adjustable cap is made of a stronger, thicker plastic which makes it more durable and less likley to morph. It also allowed me to adjust the ram to the right postion so I wouldn't have problems with chopping. The bumper lasted about a year before it wore down. I suggest putting a little lube on the bumper and O-rings to help make it last a little longer. My only problem was that after the bumper wore down it was hard to find a place that sold a replacement bumper. |

Overall this was definitly worth the money. It allows you to adjust the ram to prevent chopping. The BL adjustable Ram Cap is alot better then the stock ram cap. It won't morph and cause problems like the stock cap. |
