None really besides other paintball DVD's, I havn't seen the Dynasty one to compare.
Marker Setup:
04 AKA viking (doesn't need a bunch of upgrades, its a viking)
Dye boomstick

Strengths:
Low price
Another instructional DVD
Weaknesses:
Could have used more explination and showed a little more in depth
Review:
Picked this DVD up on ebay because of the very low price. It covers the basics(gun setup, saftey, etc) to the basics of a tourny player (laning, wrapping, etc). Not a bad DVD, although from what I've read, the Dynasty DVD covers a little more information and has a little better production.
Conclusion:
If you can get it for a cheap price its not a bad DVD, although if you have been playing for a while, it can be pretty basic.
