Designed specifically for woodsball team leaders and commanders, the Special Ops Commander Paintball Vest is fast becoming one of the most popular vests among experienced woodsball™ players. The Commander Vest is built upon a sturdy, breatheable nylon webbed mesh body, and includes the comfortable, wide elastic “inner harness system” that helps to stabilize your load as you move across the woodsball field.

The Commander Vest features two radio pouches, and three Molle attachment points so the radios can be placed according to the needs of the commander. The lower front pouches are Interlock Pockets, so the vest configuration is customizable, yet extremely secure and durable. The pod pouches are designed to hold any size pod, and the vest also contains a handy integrated sling mount. A clip-on map board that utilizes dry erase markers for repeated use is also included.

The vest also has adjustable shoulder straps and adjustable side straps. Though one size of vest can be adjusted to fit almost any body shape, the Commander Vest is available in medium, large and extra large sizes. (The difference between the sizes is the length of the main body part of the vest.)

The front of the vest contains two large grenade pockets and three utility pockets. One of them has a pull-down, clear panel for your ID when you're playing scenarioball.

A horrible Evil 2 + 1 pod pack
Marker Setup: tippman a-5, ump shroud, saw stock, red hot power tube, j&j ceramic 14 in barrel, tac light, and some ergonomic grip thats great

Review: When I first took this out I was trying to be really careful with it, thinking that it may not be

super durable. I couldn't have been more wrong, since during that day I layed prone,

rolled over, walked through really gnarly bushes, and even tripped did a flip over my

gun, and crached onto my back. This vest would not react to any of the punnishment

that I dished out. The little dry erase board that the vest comes with, is great for

plannign attacks, and other tactics that you must show your team. I used it om more

than one occasion, and each time the attacks/defences worked flawlesly. It is nice to

show your team a plan, rather that describing it, since someone always misinterprets

your directions. The little breast pocket on the right side is great for holding anything

from barrel bags, and snacks to smoke bombs, and lighters, or whatever else.

The large front pocket will hold almost anything that you could want to put in there as

Conclusion: All around I love this vest. There is no better vest in my opinion, the only down side is that special ops paintball no longer produces this vest. : (

Lots of different color schemes
Weaknesses: Doesnt come with the pouch for your co2 tank
Review: I got this vest for my birthday and let me tell you, it is awesome! It's very durable, light weight, and it looks awesome. The only thing i didnt like was that it didn't come with the co2 tank pouch. Once you get that it works flawlessly. Also, it distributes the weight very evenly so even if you are carrying a heavy load, you can barely tell that it's there. Plus, since it's made out of a mesh material, you can attach action ghillie to it if you want (though i haven't)
Conclusion: All in all, it's a great vest! I'm giving it a 9 out of 10 because it doesnt come standard with the pouch for the co2 tank.
