This kit allows you to quickly convert your existing ion over to a "q-loader ready" marker. The kit does not include a q-loader system and is reversible. To convert your ion back to factory, just remove all q-loader components and reinstall original feedneck.

People have been saying to cut the foregrip and shizz but das all bullshizz alright....The mod comes with many sized grip locks which enables you to easily take off the reg cover and install without cutting nething....Dont buy one cuz i wanna be the onli one in my area to have wun but if u want to be a better player speedball or bushball a qloader is great ...Trust me ...

I am currently using this mod with the Special Ops ION Qbow kit in place of the Spec Ops mod. I have currently used the A5 and 98c Qloader mods. The A5 mod has the best profile but this ION mod helps consideraly and has less parts. Line of sight is great since I use the riser mount from the ION Bow setup.
I bought the gun with the Qloader this mod from Qloader so everything was already setup.
The grip was cut to accept the gripmount socket.
PLUS: It makes an almost prefect hold on the grips frame and Qpod allignment is perfect with the stock body.
MINUS: . I think it would have a cleaner appearance if the grip wasn't cut only whrere the socket meets the grip frame not all the way across so the back 1/2 is exposed.
I'm sure they did this for easy installation and removal of the Qloader socket.
Conclusion:
System works great even with the minor MINUS I stated above. I will give this a 9 only because I will have to buy a body kit to replace the grip frame cover but performance and customers service is a 10.
