Warped Sportz and Prostar Paintball have teamed up to bring you the latest edition to the "Violent Series" of triggers for the Planet Eclipse '06 EGO and ETEK EGO. Fits both the '06 EGO Stock frame and '06 EGO Star frames. This trigger is made of Acetron so it is very light weight, very responsive and has that "snappy" feel. The front face of the trigger is wide and has a nice radius that runs down the full legnth of the trigger. The radius on the front give you a nice feel and contact point with your fingers, not a flat front and corner edge like other triggers on the market. The trigger is only available in Black, due to the nature of the material.
This trigger incorporates a drop in and bolt in place, "digit" pivot pin to replace the stock trigger pin. This pivot pin will allow you to remove the trigger without having to take the frame off the marker. The pin simply pushes through frame and bearing with slight thumb pressure, and is then secured with a small button head screw. There are adjustments for post and pre travel, and spring tension (as well as magnetic adjustment for the '06 EGO).

The Warped Sportz Violent Trigger has a recurve of the trigger that will make your 2005 Ego, 2006 Ego, SL66 Ego, or Etek1 feel like the stock trigger from the newer Egos, from the 2007 Ego and up.
Just a note that the magnetic return capability is eliminated on the Etek1 and SL66 frames.
The carbon fiber material is extremely lightweight and will never show wear.
It has a roller bearing for frictionless trigger movement.
If you can find the Warped Sportz Violent Trigger, buy it because you will have a blast.

I think buying this trigger was one of my favorite upgrades. It took me about 15 minutes to take out the stock trigger and put in this Violent trigger. It was my first time replacing the trigger, so it might take other people less time. Also once this bad boy is installed, you don't have to take apart your Ego to adjust it or take it out. That alone is worth the upgrade to me.
After installing the trigger I thought maybe it wasn't right for me. But it took about 5 minutes of adjusting and it was 100 times better than the stock trigger or any other trigger I've used. I was able to take out the spring, it is not needed if you adjust it right (for ego 06). Don't worry if it feels a little wobbly side to side at first, after the adjustments it fitted perfect. It comes with allen wrenches to use on the trigger to get it to your ideal location.
This trigger increased my rate of fire and feels better than stock. I have mine sitting close to the frame for hair pin pulls.
Conclusion:
Get this trigger. Worth the 30-some dollars. I usually don't give 10's, but it's a 10.

I've tried out different triggers before on my 06 ego. this is the best one i've ever bought. it only took 2 minutes to install it, 2 because i lost the allen key and it took me 1 to fins it. its easier to install than an a-5 trigger. and thats one of the easiest triggers to install.
its fully and easiely adjustable. i took out the release spring and the trigger was able to return perfectly with just the magnet. this is one of the best upgrades that i've ever bought outta all my guns.
Conclusion:
Try one out. you'll love it. better than any other trigger on the market.
Star trigger- The star trigger is nice, but it has sharp edges which make it a little less comfortable.
Stock ego trigger- Nice trigger all and all.Similar design as to the violent, but alot fatter if you know what I mean.

My friend got a 06 ego awhile back and he said he had bought a new trigger. I have not heard of the Violent trigger up to this point. Next practice he brings it out. Wow! I said. It was very sleek looking. Smooth edges all around it. Had the perfect amount of "hump" in the trigger. He let me put a pod through his gun with this trigger. It was so smooth. I am seriuosly considering buying one and tossing my star trigger to the side.

If you want to improve your game and rate of fire. This is the product for you! Warped Sportz has created the best trigger in paintball in my opionion. This is a definate buy for the seriuos player.
