Recommended Paintballs:
Pretty much any, but the fresher you get the better chance of you finding the right bore insert. Your gun might break paint, but this barrel will not.
Strengths:
Extremely accurate, cleans itself out well, cheap

Retro ballsizing, kinda heavy

I had this barrel before I got my EM1 and used it on a Spyder SE. This barrel is amazing. It's so accurate, and I've never noticed it to be louder than all the other barrels I used.
This barrel works better than the pipe kit I have, it has more range and is DEAD on. The only reason I use my pipe is because it matches nicely in color with my gun, and I felt it would be a waste of money to shelf it.
The freak, the pipe, and all of the before mentioned barrels do not even come close to comparison in accuracy. Even the flatline has nothing on the accuracy of this barrel, the flatline has range, but does not even come close to how straight this barrel can fire.
The only issue I have with this barrel is that i tend to only use the largest bore size because the paint wont fit through the other inserts, it makes no sense because they fit through my ballsizer that are identical. Rarely can I use a smaller bore size than the largest
Conclusion:
I dont think a nine quite expresses how this barrel performs, so I'm going to definitely give it a ten.
It's really fantastic, and it's cheap enough that you can try it for yourself if you dont believe me. The only problem like I said, it might have insert sizing issues.
I recommend 32 dagrees paint, the other paint such as ZAP will break easily, and 32 dagrees were great when I used it.
Strengths:
Very accurate. I could hit anything that I could see, nice clean look to it.

Very loud. This was probably the worst quality about this barrel.
Review:
This barrel is great for anyone who wantes great accuracy, the look and feel of this barrel is great. It also comes with three incerts for you to play with, and to make sure your balls are flying through with no problem. The paint that you should use with this barrel is 32 dagrees, it was great with my gun, and I didn't get many breaks, usually none when I would play. The Key strength with this barrel, is its accuracy, its best quality. But, it is a pretty loud barrel. This was probably the worst quality about this barrel, but I overlooked it quickly. I recommend this barrel to anyone seeking better accuracy with their gun, and who also don't mind it being a little loud. Greak barrel, great look, and by Bob Long! What more do you want?

Conclusion:
I recommend this barrel to anyone who wants great accuracy, but if you are worried about the loudness of it, then it is not the barrel for you. Take a chance with this barrel, and you will see how accurate it is! I had some good times with this barrel, some good bunkers too. :)
This barrel is sweet. when i first got it and looked at the polish job on it i knew this thing would be accurate as any barrel. the first day i used it out of 500 balls i broke none. and each one was super accurate. and the inserts give you a little easier time choosin paint to buy, no more matchin bore.

well, the accuracy rocks, the barrel looks good, and the inserts are cool.
the only thing that could possibly be better about the barrel is the porting, its a little loud. but by the time they have found you thier out, like i said, accuracy is great.

This barrel is quality made by bob long. every thing they makes works awesome. this barrel is a bargain for under 100$. WORTH EVERY PENNY!
I got this barrel by mistake from 888 pb. I had ordered the J&J ceramic 14, but they were out and sent the Bob Long 13.5
sniper barrel instead. At first I was dissapointed(didnt ask to send this in place of other barrel). Then i put it on my spy com 2k, WOW!!. The accuracy of this barrel was great. It doesnt matter what size piant you shoot either! it comes with three insert sleeves for sizing-blue687-red690-purple693.IT shoots all paint very well.great but for 59 bucks.
Weaknesses:
There is nothing bad really, it is loud, had very small porting and not much of it(great for us low pressure spy freaks!) I personnaly dont care about noise. The only other thing is the stainless front section, i play woods ball and the shine gives you away, easily fixed with cammo tape to match the rest of the gun. very minor things. It is also
easy to clean cause of the little porting. never noticed how many shots, but with a terrycloth swab, once through and clean.

The 13.5 two piece sniper barrel was a very good mistake for me. Love it!!It is louder than the 16 in sp aa, but just as
accurate if not more. not as quiet as the OTP with the sleeves, but cheaper. ive shot from marbs to brass eagle through it. I also have a m98 with lapco barrel adapter, and the 98 also loves this barrel. super loud on the 98, but accurate! the 59 bucks was well worth it. if you own a spyder and don't the same paint all the time this is your
