I got this as part of a package deal that came with my A-5. this thing is really heavy with full load of paint and air tank. I'm 6' 1" and 180 and this thing kept wanting to fall down because it was hefty and the velcro is substandard. It'll get ya started but not something I would actually pay money for
Conclusion:
Not horrible for a free pack but dont spend money on it
Cheap
Better than nothing
Comes with pods
Wood digi camo
Weaknesses:
Bulky
Sticks out past your body
Heavy
No suspenders
Not velcro
Review:
I got this harness free when I bought my spyder mr2 off the internet. I thought I was getting a great deal, you know getting a 6+1 harness that is digi camo for free. Boy was I wrong! This thing caused me nothing but trouble. First, when you load all the pods up with paint it is EXTREMELY heavy. When you try to run you cant you have to waddle because it comes with no suspenders and the the pack starts to fall off of you because it is so heavy. Next, the pods stuck waaayyy out past my hips and I got hit on it at least 4 times. Last, the strap that goes around your front to hold it up comes undone because it is not velcro.
Conclusion:
Its better than nothing and I wouldnt buy it with my money but for free, i'll take it.
I got this pack when I got my A5 from Ozark Sports World.
Good:
It's cheap, simple, better than nothing.
Bad: 1. It doesn't come with suspender straps, so you have to buy them seperate. If you don't get them, the pack will feel very heavy when fully loaded, and will either drag your pants down or the buckle will come loose and the pack will fall (awkward when your gun is attached with remote!). 2. Since the pods are horizontal they protrude further out than your body, making you a wider target. I've gotten shot on the side of the pack several times. 3. It doesn't have any additional pockets to put allen wrenches in or anything.
Conclusion:
I'd recommend getting some sort of vest instead. This product puts alot of weight on your hips and makes you less manueverable.
