i finally checked out walmart, to find whats all the raves about.... first time, i looked they were all sold out.... sounds like RPS is banking on little kid's wallets. Three weeks later, I came back to check it out, i found a couple bags left. I got one, it was $8.00, that's enough to buy a good squeegie, or a tab key for an 2k angel lcd. I tried them out, shoots just like marbs but different shell. different paint, too.... the rps paint nowadays are alot thinner and more watery than before, also alot lighter compared to others. looks like marbs in diff packaging...
Weaknesses:
expensive for the price.... if you were to buy 2000, or roughly 10 bags it will cost you 80.00 bucks... thats like buying paint a year or two ago. expensive, even all-stars are getting cheaper now.... my local pb store sells them for $55, because rps is using less oil and more watery substance, easier to wipe, nowadays... but still very good paint, tho...
Conclusion:
its round and consistent.... not worth it for the money picture.... to expensive for quality paint. it would be nice if walmart "slashed prices." or for one day 3 for 1 sale, or something like that because, this is to much for just 200 paintballs. if you're someone that's getting into the sport, try it out, its alot better than Brass Eagle paint that they sell, too. In my opinion go to a local pb store, and buy big ball instead they're cheaper.... for $80.00 i can get two cases of paint...
i'll give this a 9, because RPS is making money from little kid's wallets.
Shot about 1000 out of my Piranha STS G2 and it worked great I marked everyone I was shoting at. Leaves a nice big green splat on the enemy.
Weaknesses:
I choped 2 out of 1000 shots but, that was my fault I was shooting to fast for my Piranha STS G2 the fireing rate of a Piranha is about 8 a second and I was shooting about 12 balls a second.
Conclusion:
Great paint for the money really cheap(in price)not in quality. I would recommend it to everyone who plays paintball.
It is a cheap affordable paint that can be bought just about everywhere and is accurate and is finished just like marbalizers which is a good paint. Its Made by RPS and works great.
Weaknesses:
Nothing That i Can See
Conclusion:
Buy it u will be very plaesed with this product and would probably buy more.
This is great paint. I have ran about 3000 balls through my BE Raptor and only broke about a dozen...and that was with a stock barrel. The are all perfectly round...I have only found a few misshaped balls and very few dents. Very accurate, straight flying ball. Great looking ball too, almost identical to the marblizers, great color, easy to see on your opponent and doesn't wipe easy (which is also a negative if it gets on YOUR goggles). Come in resealable ziplock type bags to keep unused balls fresh. In an area without a paintball proshop...they are available at Wal-Mart, which is a big plus for me.
Weaknesses:
Not very many complaints about the balls. They are sometimes hard to break if your opponent has any type of heavy clothing on, such as jackets or coveralls. Another drawback is that they are sold at Wal-Mart and tend to get handled a-lot by little kids and balls tend to get broken in the bag from the rough handleing, so inspect the bags pretty good to check for broken balls. I usually grab from the back of the box or from the box on the top shelf that hasn't been moved down low yet, that way I get bags that have not been handled.
Conclusion:
Great ball, would recommend it to anyone. This is the only RPS ball that I have used and I understand where RPS gets its rep for making great balls. They are a little over $7.00 at Wal-Mart for a resealable bag of 200, which is a little high, working out to $35-$40 per thousand, but for those without local proshops, you could look at spending that plus shipping on ordered balls, so I figure it is about right.
these paintballs are very cool looking they look almost just like marbelizers if their not. They shoot very strait and they break preaty well on the target. Only you can see them in the air not your opponent.
Weaknesses:
well i think it was just my barrel because none of my friends have ever broke in the barrel but my old gun chewed them up like a blender but my gun wasn't the best.
Conclusion:
Hey they look like marbelizers and shoot strait and most of all i can buy them at my local wal-mart stores. Hey rps makes em walmart sells em for 7.77 for 200 they come in the same bags as pmi come in. I highly recomend these paintballs to any player especially one on a budget like myself.
