The Tactical Rifled Barrel is key to converting a paintball marker for scenario play. It can be used as an attachment point for all manner of accessories, as the Tactical Rifled Barrel is scaled from military specs and takes most attachments without anything modifications. The barrel can accommodate rails, mounts, laser sights and grenade launchers without making any changes to the marker or the barrel.
Product Availability
The Real Action Paintball Tippmann X7 12 Inch Raptor Tactical Rifled Barrel is newer, so it should be commonly available, both new and used.

Recommended Paintballs:
I pretty much use only Wal-Mart's Visible Impact...superb quality for the price...they work with all my setups

Accurate; matte finish keeps you hidden;can add Apex or muzzle brake
Weaknesses:
DOES NOT ADD RANGE only increases accuracy
Review:
The RAP4 Raptor rifled tactical barrel is an excellent addition to your marker. The straight port rifleing allows the air propelling the ball to envelope the ball evenly so that
it doesnt strike the sides of the barrel ensuring a straighter more accurate shot. It fires just as well as the 21" without the extra length or components. I originally bought it for my Custom Pro but my friend got a Response with Flatline so I used the Flatline on mine and put the Raptor on his. With the Response this barrel is DEADLY. Three shot bursts are ball on ball at 70-100 ft. It is an excellent barrel for supression and mid range sniping. The only drawback is that if you plan to get an Apex or mzzle brake, get it soon or get a thread sleeve for the business end to prevent thread damage from vigorous play.
Conclusion:
My barrel pecking order is as follows:
APEX
FLATLINE
RAP4 RAPTOR
I rate this product a 9 because it is a well made basic install that will improve your accuracy and game.If you need a regular range barrel because Flatlines or Apex aren't allowed this is THE barrel.
Rating:
9 out of 10
