Review:
I got this gun awile ago and I loved it from the start. Everyone says Shockers are gas-hogs, but I still get all the shots I need from it. The only problem I had was I ran out of batteries really quick and I got the 9v conversion. After that, I have no problems with it not working. This gun has never failed me. This is a great gun.
Conclusion:
I definatley reccomend this gun to backers. For front players, you should get a gun with a smaller profile.
I haven't used any other electronic markers, and I usually tend to stick with semi-autos on the field.
Marker Setup:
I have a 88ci Pure Energy on it as well as the freak kit. A flame drop foward was also added as well as a new reg where where the one in the pic is located. I also put a straight trigger like the elipse shockers have on it.
Recommended Upgrades:
This gun works great with nitro, but eats it alive!! An 88ci Nitro or better is probably your best bet if you wanna get 800 shots. The straight trigger greatly decreases the trigger pull, so if thats a biggie for you, get one!
Strengths:
This gun is awsome in most areas:
1.Great accuracy
2.Silent
3.Kewl lookin' (that's always a plus!)
4.Very light trigger pull
Weaknesses:
There are a few glitches however:
1.Barrel tends to break balls
2.Heavy, Very Heavy
3.The on/off switch on the gun can cut on or off anytime, I recommend that you intall one on the back of the gun. It kills the batteries so keep a few around.
4.Hard to clean the insides
Conclusion:
Its a great gun, but a few things can be greatly improved, just add the things i said and you're off to an awsome playing experience!! This game's for fun, and before you go out and spend $1200 for a gun, you should know as much as you can Hope I helped!

You dont need any upgrades for this gun, but I set it up to run air assist for my friend event though its a vertical shocker

It shoots fast, like all the new LS shockers. My friend let me use this gun at a tourney, and everyone that tried it could really get it goin.
ITS LIGHT, LIKE ALL SHOCKERS for all you people that say they're heavvy.
It's well worth the price, for all you people with spiders and tippmanns with cheap electro grips and stuff that think they're so great, this gun actually works. Thats why it costs more people, cause it performs. duh
