The Lapco Drop Forward with Stock is made with the same high quality as the standard drop forward, but comes with a stock to stabilize the gun. The stock can be installed in three different ways to give the exact length you need. Kit includes; drop forward with stock extension, tank adapter, and mounting hardware.
Product Availability
The Lapco Drop Forward with Stock is newer, so it should be commonly available, both new and used.

Strengths: it's a good stock and you don't have to run a remote to it. i use it on my sniper II and it puts the back block the perfect distance from my face. of course if you're smaller or bigger, there are more than two holes for the frame screws so you can move it an or two back or forward.
Weaknesses: if you're looking to throw a 68ci 4500 on there, don't. i use a 68ci 3000 on there. any bigger isn't going to fit. also, if you like being able to see right down the top of your marker without tilting your head, this isn't for you. lastly, it does add a little weight to your marker but hey, build up them bi's, the ladies dig it.
Conclusion: good stock. buy it.
