Diablo Hellfire is better than this product but, only a little. The price of paintball number 1 is much better
Marker Setup:
Shocker 4X4 with freak and vert reg. Running 4500 psi nitro.
Recommended Barrels:
Any .689 or .687 diameter barral.
Strengths:
Well you can not beat the price of these things. For low pressure guys like myself the brittle shell is great. The fill is not as heavy as Diable Hell Fire but is thick enough. The seems were of average size and 99%% of the balls were round only a few having not dimples, but a very small flat "side" (less than mm)
Weaknesses:
NOT as good as Hell Fire but real close. THe 2 reasons are shell could stand to be a little more brittle and the fill a little thicker.
Conclusion:
Buy it unless you are playing in a tourney then use Hell Fire
In my opinion The company number 1 paintball is not an honest company.
After recieving broken paint from them I was given the run around for two weeks and finally told to return the paint at my expense. So much for free shipping. The company was so dishonest that they even removed all of thier warrenty information from thier web site. This leads me to believe that I must not have been the only unsatisfied customer. I know of atleast three others at my local field that have had trouble with them as well. I personally will not do business with this company again. I hope this review will serve as a warning to all of you considering thier product.
Conclusion:
It's best to buy localy so you can check your paint.
I have shot 6 cases of 32^ competition and prefer this paint over the 32^. This has a more brittle shell and breaks on the target better. Have also shot 32^ team colors, big ball, pro ball, viewloader, pmi premium, and zap pro.
Marker Setup:
98 custom RT, PE preset fiber wrapped (88ci/4500 psi), 12v Revolution, Psycho Ballistics drop forward, 14” J&J Ceramic, Air America Vigilante Regulator, LP Vertical Adapter, and LP Chamber
Recommended Barrels:
I have put 2 cases through my J&J ceramic and it fit well (good bore size match). The people at our field were using lapco BS, stock piranha, stock spyder, and many other stock gun barrels without any problems.
Strengths:
I bought 12 cases for our field and people loved it.
Inexpensive $80/2 cases shipping included That is a great value
They also have a house paint that is even cheaper. I haven't tried it yet.
Doesn't break in barrel
Pretty consistent shape - I chronoed 282, 285, 287
I love the fill colors orange, pink, green, and blue. They are so bright it easy to see. The fill was good, thick, didn't fall off, and is hard to wipe.
Packaging was good. No broken balls out of 12 cases shipped from California to TX. That is a long way.
Weaknesses:
The nearest pball store is an hour way and I can't buy it there. I have to wait for 6-8 days for it to arrive in TX.
I did get some bounces on some long range shots and especially if the person was wearing thick jackets (winter play).
Conclusion:
I would like to see the shell maybe a little more brittle so it would break better on those long shots. The downside to that is most people I play with have high pressure guns and may break more balls if the shell was more brittle.
Great Value for Rec ball and practice - I give it a 10 for value because I have not found a better ball at this price
i have used diablo midnights and they don't even compare to these balls
Marker Setup:
i have a 2001 autococker vertical feed with an upgraded black ergo regulator, with a WGP 2 piece aluminum barrel, chrome trigger shoe, Houge grips, and a Benchmark 45 frame
Recommended Barrels:
large bore
Strengths:
* Is as HARD as ROCKS
*Price is low
*thick Paint
Weaknesses:
*Nothing much, sometimes the paintballs won't splatter
Conclusion:
Buy these balls, they are only $75.00 for 2 cases and honestly work better then Diablo midnghts!
they break in my angel
angels are forgiving markers
very small
very out of round
on chrono very inconsistant and chrono does not lie..
Conclusion:
i do not recommend this paint to anybody that wants to hit something...like the other team...maybe if they get the size right and the shell right it will be better...
great price
good fill
nice shell, brittle for good breakage on impact, but wont break in your gun(unless you have a really messed up gun)
cool colors
consistenly round shape
Weaknesses:
small.
one of the smallest sizes ive used, but it still seems to work better than most paint.
Conclusion:
good shape. seems to be real accurate in my spyder xtra. great price, and overall good paint.
get some.
